Paul Gee is an experienced and well-respected third-party investigator with an expertise in workplace violence, sexual misconduct, harassment and maltreatment investigations.
Paul is a distinguished former police officer with an impressive career in the West Yorkshire police department and has long been dedicated to serving and protecting communities. Since leaving the police force, Paul has channeled his expertise into sports investigations and human rights issues in workplaces, ensuring workplace safety.
At the heart of his work lies an unwavering desire to create a broad impact, ensuring that all individuals are treated fairly, with equality and with respect, while employing a trauma-informed approach. Paul’s profound understanding of legal procedures and adept investigative techniques proves invaluable in resolving complex cases of discrimination, abuse, and human rights violations.
In 2022, Paul took a bold step and established his own company, Gold Standard Investigations, with a primary mission to tackle workplace violence/harassment, investigations and allegations of misconduct in national sporting organizations. Gold Standard Investigations has rapidly earned a reputation for delivering high-quality services.
